1 pk Jimmy Dean or a spicy Turkey Sausage
1 or 2 tbsp spoons butter
½ cup flour
Beef base or McCormick’s brown gravy mix ( Less flour if using gravy mix)
About 1 tsp Worchester (W/O) sauce to taste.
Brown Sausage; add butter and flour to make a Roux. Now milk till you get the consistency you like. Add beef base to taste or make gravy a little thinner and add gravy mix, again to taste.
Suggestion, (dilute brown gravy mix in a little water 1st, then put in sausage gravy), salt, pepper, garlic powder and W/O sauce to taste. And if you want to kick it up a notch, Try using a spicy Turkey Sausage.
