2 lb Maine lobster
8 oz clarified butter, drawn butter
(heat butter slowly till milk solids separate and skim off milk solids)
4 hot dog buns
Cook lobster. When done, dig out the meat and cut into bit size pieces. Keep warm.
Butter hot dog buns and lightly brown, like a grilled cheese sandwich. When done
stuff lobster meat in grilled hot dog bun. Top with drawn butter. It doesn’t get any
easier than that.
