4 Pork Chops
1 Box Pork Stove Top Stuffing mix
1 Jar Apples
Prepare a box of Pork Stove Top Stuffing mix. Brown 4 Pork Chops in a skillet, just brown them, they will finish cooking in the oven. Cover the bottom of a baking dish the apples. No need to cook them. Just open the jar and spread evenly in the baking dish. Spoon stuffing mix on top of the apples. Lay the browned Pork Chops on top of stuffing. Cover baking dish with a lid or foil and bake for about 20 minutes at 350, depending on how thick the chops are. When serving, spoon out from the bottom and turn onto plate. You get the apple, stuffing and pork all in one bite. How easy is that? No fancy cooking knowledge or techniques needed. Just a simple baked pork chop recipe.
