Introduction
This Mango Tiramisu is a tropical twist on the classic Italian dessert, replacing coffee and mascarpone with bright mango flavor and a creamy dairy-free filling. Ingredients

- 1 cup thick coconut cream (chilled overnight)
- ½ cup dairy-free cream cheese (or soaked/blended cashews)
- ¼ cup powdered sugar or maple syrup

- 18–24 ladyfinger biscuits (eggless if needed)
- ½ cup mango juice or diluted mango purée (for dipping)

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Mango Layer

In another bowl, beat dairy-free cream cheese with sweetener and vanilla.
